Neil Bemenderfer
A native of Rochester, IN, Neil attended Purdue University, where he played basketball, and Indiana School of Law-Indianapolis. He began his practice of law in Lansing, MI in civil litigation with experience in first and third party insurance issues, products liability and medical
defense work.
Neil returned to Indiana in 1987 and continued his civil litigation practice until joining The Mediation Group in 2000 as a founding member. Neil is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and was again named an Indiana Super Lawyer in 2007.

Chic Born
S. R. “Chic” Born, brings years of experience at Ice Miller LLP, Indianapolis, representing management in labor relations matters including litigation, arbitration, negotiations and administrative proceedings before local, state and federal agencies
to The Mediation Group.
Recognized again as an Indiana Super Lawyer for 2007, Chic has also mediated many civil cases over the past 20 years.

Jim Fels
A trial attorney with over 28 years practice experience, Jim’s career has included representation of over 3000 injured plaintiffs and those who were defendants in personal injury lawsuits. He was also named an Indiana Super Lawyer again in 2007.
A founding member of The Mediation Group, Jim is involved full-time in conducting mediations, arbitrations and serving as chairman of medical review panels.

Steve Frank
Steve Frank joined The Mediation Group after a distinguished career on the bench. He spent over 26 years as Judge before retiring from the Marion County Superior Court. His legal career began in 1970, where Steve represented defendants on behalf of their insurance carriers and also served as counsel for injured plaintiffs before he began his career of public service.
He has mediated over 700 cases including complex litigation, commercial disputes, tort claims, insurance coverage disputes, product liability cases and construction cases.

Dick Kraege
Dick was one of the first mediators trained in Indiana. Since the mid-1980s, he has served as mediator in over 4000 mediations. He has mediated cases in matters involving tort litigation, commercial disputes, employment law, real estate, construction law and business litigation.
Recognized as an Indiana Super Lawyer again in 2007, Dick joined The Mediation Group in 2002.

Tom Lemon
Thomas Lemon is a prominent Indiana trial lawyer,
a renowned mediator, and a leader in the American and the Indiana bar associations.
A many time Indiana Super Lawyer and named one of Indiana's Top Fifty Lawyers in 2008, Tom practiced for years in northern Indiana before
joining The Mediation Group in Fall of 2008.

Denise Page
Denise was a practicing attorney in the areas of personal injury, business, real estate, construction and family law. She has served as a mediator in these areas of law since the early 1990s. Denise is the most experienced woman- civil mediator in the State of Indiana.
She has mediated and arbitrated over 800 hundred cases. Denise is a panelist for two national ADR services.

Kent Stewart
A founding member of The Mediation Group, Kent was a litigator for 35 years, acting as lead counsel in over 200 trials. He was a Senior Partner in the law firm of Stewart, Due, Miller, and Pugh.
In the past ten years Kent has mediated over 3000 cases, including many complex, muti-party matters, and frequently serves as an arbitrator. He was Named an Indiana Super Lawyer again in 2007 .
